In November of 2025, we launched this page to highlight some of the amazing homes our buyers have made their own this year. Here’s a look at a few of the properties our clients purchased — and the deals we were proud to negotiate on their behalf.

Being seasoned short term rental investors, my buyers knew from the start that one of the most important indicators of success is location, location, location!…and of course making the numbers work. We toured several homes across different local areas, each with their own advantages but this one became the front-runner because of short-term rental friendly features.
In a market where not every rental performs, selling points like proximity to the ocean, a hot tub, in-ground pool and nearby amenities truly make a property stand out to guests and this home checked all of those boxes.
However short term rentals are not just about a location and throwing a rental number out there but carefully calculating anticipated rental performance as well as expenses both short and long term. After reviewing what would be needed for the property to make financial sense as a purchase, we were able to negotiate price and concessions to make things work.
And last but certainly not least- it must be kid approved-especially when your kids are going to be staying there from time to time.

Like new construction! Congratulations to Shirley who moved to NC to be closer to family. We began looking a few months prior as she had a home to sell. Fast forward and we were able to narrow our search down to a couple of homes when she came out to see them in person and lined up the sale of her home with closing on this one for back to back transactions. This allowed her to move straight from one home to another with only one day transition in between.

We are over the moon for this amazing couple who trusted us to help them find their perfect waterfront home. After living in VA for many years they decided to make the move to NC and will now call one of the most beautiful riverfront neighborhoods in Merry Hill NC home!
With a gorgeous inground pool, covered back decks, pier, boat lift and almost 3000sq ft of custom beautiful interior space- we just know they will have amazing times making memories with their family in this home.
